It can be easily controlled with a dedicated traverse command, and it was possible to install it at the tip of the rotating body using an integrated servo motor.
The controller with an integrated servo motor achieves space-saving and reduced wiring. Number of parts and wiring reduced to 1/4. With a dedicated traverse command, Ramp, Dwell, and traverse end can be easily set. Since it can be controlled standalone with the integrated controller, a traverse mechanism can be constructed in front of a rotating body (slip ring). Compared to mechanical cams, modifications can be made at a lower cost and with a shorter lead time.
